hoastnow Community Terms of Use

1. Eligibility
You are an authorized representative of a registered community association, condo association, or property management company with legal authority to rent common areas for brand activations.
2. Community Listing
You represent and warrant that:
- you have full legal right to list and rent the spaces
- all photos, descriptions, amenities, and house rules are accurate
- the spaces comply with local zoning, fire, safety, and accessibility laws
- you will maintain all required permits
3. Revenue Sharing
Standard Split:
- 70% �’ Community
- 30% �’ hoastnow platform fee
Payouts occur within 5 business days after event completion and your confirmation of no damage.
4. Community Responsibilities
- Keep spaces clean, safe, and as advertised
- Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
- Maintain accurate availability calendars
- Conduct post-event inspection within 48 hours
- Report damage immediately via the platform
5. Insurance Requirements
You must maintain at all times:
- Commercial General Liability ≥ $2,000,000 per occurrence
- Property insurance covering listed spaces
- Workers' compensation (if applicable)
You will upload current certificates annually or upon request.
6. Damage & Security Deposits
Every brand pays a security deposit. You have 48 hours post-event to file a claim with photos. Approved claims are paid automatically.
7. Resident Notification
You are responsible for notifying residents according to your bylaws. hoastnow provides email templates and calendar links.
8. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You indemnify and hold harmless hoastnow, its officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from property conditions, injuries, or events. hoastnow is a technology platform only and assumes no liability for on-site incidents.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. hoastnow may terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or repeated violations.
